Steelcraft designs, engineers, and manufactures a wide range of pressure autoclave systems, to ASME Code and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) “CE” Mark (European Directives) standards. Our autoclaves provide fast access to the pressure vessel by the actuation of a locking ring assembly which opens the autoclave door in seconds. This feature is extremely advantages in comparison to having to remove many fasteners required in a standard bolted connection.
A growing application for our autoclaves is the pre-disposal treatment and sterilization of waste material such as pathogenic waste generated in healthcare, medical, veterinary education facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities and government research facilities worldwide.
Steelcraft autoclaves are also widely used to cure composites and in the vulcanization of rubber. Our autoclaves provide a safe vessel for high heat and pressure to ensure the highest possible physical properties on a repeated basis. Other industrial applications include Aerospace components, plastics, glass, solar, lumber, and concrete, coatings, and finishing industries.
