Dual & Triple Shaft Dispersers
Highly-engineered systems for medium-high viscosity applications.

Dual & Triple Shaft Dispersers
Within our dual- and triple-shaft product offering, a combination of blending and dispersion blades provide substantial shear and particle size reduction even throughout the thickest of pastes. Our dispersion systems are available in both pressurized and vacuum configurations to ensure that product can be properly degassed and discharged. Our field-tested sophisticated drive train designs provide robust operation with minimal maintenance requirements.

- Question 1: How do I know if a dual- or triple-shaft disperser is the best fit for my application?
Dual- or triple-shaft dispersers are generally suited for products with viscosities starting between 50,000 and 100,000 centipoise and ranging up to 2,000,000 centipoise. In addition, the inclusion of a sweep arm to a single-shaft dispersion system allows for product movement away from the sidewall and throughout the mixing vessel for improved heat transfer and mixing.
- Question 2: Does Steelcraft provide a warranty with its dual- and triple-shaft dispersers?
Yes. Steelcraft stands behind its products, and warranty information for dual- and triple-shaft dispersers is included in our general terms and conditions, available here.
- Question 3: Does Steelcraft provide after-sales support and service for its dual- and triple-shaft dispersers?
Yes. Due to the complex nature of our products, Steelcraft can provide ongoing support and service to varying degrees based on customer requirements.
- Question 4: Does Steelcraft provide replacement parts and/or blades for its dual- and triple-shaft dispersers?
Yes. Steelcraft provides a full range of standardized dispersion blades and can also provide replacement blades and impellers for custom applications and competitors' equipment.
- Question 5: Does Steelcraft provide lid and/or sealing solutions?
Yes. Steelcraft can provide systems with lids tailored to suit the mixing vessel as well as provide a variety of sealing solutions. This can safeguard operators and provide effective sealing for vacuum and pressure applications.
