Concentric Shaft Dispersers

Highly-engineered systems for medium-high viscosity applications requiring premium performance.

Within our concentric-shaft product offering, a combination of blending and dispersion blades provide substantial shear and particle size reduction even throughout the thickest of pastes.  In addition, our concentric-shaft dispersers use a central high-speed shaft operating independently of the perimeter sweep blades to incorporate a larger, optimized blade-to-tank ratio.  Our systems are available in both pressurized and vacuum configurations to ensure that product can be properly discharged.

Dispersion systems should always be installed in accordance with local codes and safety requirements.

Steelcraft's concentric shaft designs place the high-speed shaft in the center of your batch. This allows for more uniform batch movement, larger blade-to-tank ratios and larger, more robust drive train components as compared to a dual- or triple-shaft disperser. The end result is a more homogeneous batch in less processing time.
