Within our dual- and triple-shaft product offering, a combination of blending and dispersion blades provide substantial shear and particle size reduction even throughout the thickest of pastes.  Our dispersion systems are available in both pressurized and vacuum configurations to ensure that product can be properly degassed and discharged.  Our field-tested sophisticated drive train designs provide robust operation with minimal maintenance requirements.

Dispersion systems should always be installed in accordance with local codes and safety requirements.

Dual- or triple-shaft dispersers are generally suited for products with viscosities starting between 50,000 and 100,000 centipoise and ranging up to 2,000,000 centipoise. In addition, the inclusion of a sweep arm to a single-shaft dispersion system allows for product movement away from the sidewall and throughout the mixing vessel for improved heat transfer and mixing.
